Which size does my dog need?

Where is my confirmation email?

It may have gone into your junk folder. Please check and if it not there contact us and we can resend. If you accidentally input the wrong email address, we can change it it. 

 

When will my order arrive?

We aim for all parcels to be delivered between 2-5 business days. Unfortunately delays with the courier is out of our hands. If it does not arrive after 10 working days please contact us.

 

How do I process a return?

Sadly we do not offer free returns. We accept returns within 14 days. Please see our returns policy for details. 

 

My order has arrived and an item is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

If your parcel seems to have arrived in a broken condition and/or any items inside are damaged, contact us straight away at  groovypawsuk@gmail.com
