Why are you so cheap compared to other dog brands?

We run Groovy Paws to be fun, affordable and do what we love. We both work full time jobs and this is our side hustle so would rather sell more faster to get to do what we love most; creating new designs to release to you guys than focus solely on turning the highest profit. We promise our quality is still 10/10, just without breaking your bank.

When will my order arrive?

We aim for all parcels to be delivered between 2-5 business days. Unfortunately delays with the courier is out of our hands. If it does not arrive after 10 working days please contact us. Please be patient and remember we do not control the couriers so please be sound and don't be mad at us for delays :)

 

How do I process a return?

We accept returns within 14 days but sadly these are not free. We are a small business doing this for fun and barely turn a profit so you must cover the cost of return postage. Please see our returns policy for details. 

 

My order has arrived and an item is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

Not ideal, apologies for that! If your parcel has arrived not tip top shape, contact us straight away on instagram or email.
